No so come rispondere al vostro commento sottostante quindi modifico questo precedente per dirvi che se pago un prodotto 20 euro non vuol dire che deve essere difettato e scadente, perché a questo punto fa capire che ha prodotti scadenti avendo prezzi bassi...poi per la copertina che mi sono tenuta difettata e perché non me l'avete voluta sistemare... Avete detto che perdavate il tempo... Poi come cortesia il ragazzo Gabriele al centralino e stato super disponibile, la ragazza al negozio nuova susy se no erro nonostante avesse sbagliato l'ordine e sempre stata cortese, l'altra con il caschetto super maleducata tt il tempo sia telefonicamente che da vicino... Non le interessava assolutamente di risolvere il problema, che non avevo creato io ma la ragazza pultroppo alle prime armi, ma aveva atteggiamenti attezzosi. Cmq essere rimborsati dopo i vari problemi avuti...non vuol dire soddisfare il cliente, ma avere un'atteggiamento è attenzione come solo Gabriele ha avuto, che poi però ha dovuto gestirla come gli è stato ordinato di fare. Spero di essere stata chiara e da una recensione negativa ritrarre il meglio.
