★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, in data 08/12/21 alle ore 20:300 circa appena entrato per acquistare una tuta, mi avvicino al capo (che avrei comprato), provo a prenderlo ed una commessa dai capelli biondi urla in maniera barbara da lontano non si tocca ho appena sistemato.
Morale della favola mortificato sono uscito dal negozio senza acquistare nulla.
Non è un modo di approcciare con la clientela, soprattutto se vengono a portare soldi.
 Bad experience, on 08/12/21 at about 20: 300 as soon as I entered to buy a suit, I approach the garment (which I would have bought), I try to take it and a blonde-haired saleswoman screams in a barbaric way from a distance. touch I just fixed.
Moral of the story mortified I left the shop without buying anything.
It is not a way to approach customers, especially if they come to bring money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, in data 22/11/21 ho ordinato un paio di scarpe da bimbo con spedizione diretta a casa, visto che a detta del commesso in negozio non è più possibile farle arrivare.
Ad oggi nonostante abbia già pagato non mi sono ancora arrivate e non avendo nemmeno ricevuto l'email di avvenuta registrazione avendo effettuato il pagamento in contanti non ho possibilità di dimostrare l'acquisto.
Una vera fregatura!!!
Bad experience, on 11/22/21 I ordered a pair of children's shoes with direct shipping home, since according to the clerk in the shop it is no longer possible to get them.
To date, despite having already paid, they have not yet arrived and having not even received the registration email, having made the payment in cash, I have no possibility to prove the purchase.
A real rip off !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma.....esperienza negativa.....Entro per acquistare un paio di jordan per bambina......numero 32......La commessa mi dice che non è disponibile ma che possiamo ordinarle.....le ordiniamo.....arrivano in negozio dopo 15 gg..... e non 32 ma 31 e mezzo....Ovviamente sono strette ......le scarpe mi sarebbero servite proprio per il fine settimana prossima ma il numero non è disponibile neanche piu' ordinandole.....dunque .....io ho pagato anticipatamente un paio di scarpe che non potrò avere .....Secondo loro dovrei cambiare con altro se entro 28 gg non tornano disponibili....Ma per quale motivo se a me servono quelle scarpe ?io ho pagato per avere quell'articolo ........dovrebbero ridarmi i miei soldi per poter essere libera di comprare ciò che volevo altrove......Pessimi
I'm sorry but ..... bad experience ..... I go in to buy a pair of jordans for a girl ...... number 32 ...... The saleswoman tells me that she is not available but that we can order them ..... we order them ..... they arrive in the store after 15 days ..... and not 32 but 31 and a half .... Obviously they are tight ...... the shoes I would have needed just to next weekend but the number is not even available anymore by ordering them ..... so ..... I have paid in advance for a pair of shoes that I will not be able to have ..... According to them I should change to something else if I enter 28 days are not available again .... But for what reason if I need those shoes? I paid for that item ........ they should give me my money back to be free to buy what I wanted elsewhere ...... Bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di abbigliamento sportivo, nella media, i prezzi sono in linea con gli altri negozi, nonostante ci sia un'alta varietà di modelli spesso le taglie risultano da ordinare, a proprie spese, o addirittura non disponibili, costringendo a cambiare scelta di modello oppure di colore. Potrei accettare questi compromessi in un negozio outlet oppure in un discount di certo non in un negozio prestigioso come jd sport. Avrei dato 2 stelle la terza stella è guadagnata solo perchè in questo negozio si trovano modelli di abbigliamento che in altri negozi è difficile trovare.
Sportswear shop, on average, the prices are in line with other stores, although there is a high variety of models, the sizes are often to be ordered, at your own expense, or even not available, forcing you to change the choice of model or of color. I could accept these compromises in an outlet store or in a discount store, certainly not in a prestigious store like jd sport. I would have given 2 stars the third star is earned only because in this shop there are clothing models that are difficult to find in other shops.
