★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei commessi molto maleducato ( ragazzo Bruno e capelli rasati) non ci ha fatto acquistare , cacciamdoci letteralmente dal negozio perché per qualche istante è stata abbassata la mascherina,quando poi uno dei suoi colleghi pochi minuti prima era addirittura sprovvisto momentaneamente dietro la cassa! Il ragazzo era in evidente stato di alterazione !
One of the very rude shop assistants (Bruno boy and shaved hair) did not buy us, we literally chased ourselves from the shop because for a few moments the mask was lowered, when then one of his colleagues a few minutes earlier was even momentarily lacking behind the counter! The boy was in an evident state of alteration!

Chiamiamo il negozio che ci indirizza per fare una segnalazione online. Sono passati più di 15 giorni ma nessuno ci ha contattato. Pessima esperienza e pessima assistenza e cura per il cliente. Per far valere il nostro diritto di cambio merce fallata dovrò rivolgermi a legale.... mai una volta che si possa risolvere un problema in modo serio e sereno. Se avete un problema post vendita sarete abbandonati.... PESSIMI!!
I bought brand new pumas for my wife on March 12, after 3/4 times worn we realize that it has unstitched sideways. We call the store referring us to make an online report. More than 15 days have passed but no one has contacted us. Bad experience and bad customer service and care. To assert our right to exchange faulty goods I will have to contact a lawyer .... never once we can solve a problem in a serious and serene way. If you have an after sales problem you will be abandoned .... BAD !!
