(Presumo sia il responsabile data l’età e il tono che ha usato nei miei confronti) Una persona che evidentemente non ama il suo lavoro e che a mio parere danneggia l’immagine del negozio… Ovviamente ho recensito anche in maniera positiva perché il giorno dopo sono tornato in negozio e sono stato accolto da commesse molto gentili e che sanno lavorare a contatto con il cliente. Un costume Mcs che costava 59.99 era da scontare del 40%. Peccato che appena sotto il prezzo attuale ci fosse il vecchio prezzo ( ovvero 34,99). Con l'attuale prezzamento scontato del 40% veniva a fare 36 euro. Un euro in più rispetto al vecchio prezzo. Alla cassa lo puntualizzo al commesso che, dalla sua, risponde con scortesia , arroganza e supponenza ordinandomi di non comprare il costume che nel frattempo aveva requisito con fare intimidatorio. Al di là del procedimento che ho prontamente attivato con i gestori dello store il mio consiglio è di stare alla larga da questi negozi che si riempiono di cartelloni di scontistiche che in realtà non esistono. Di solito siamo riusciti a fare degli acquisti decenti ma sto giro la collezione sapeva di vecchio, roba presa dal magazzino e riproposta a prezzi spropositati. La moda uomo fa davvero pena, volevo comprare alcuni capi di qualità anche spendendo in più ma sono rimasto davvero deluso. Mai più . Poi per concludere una sola persona alla cassa e la fila quasi fino alla porta di ingresso. Alcuni clienti hanno posato la merce e se ne sono andati. Bocciato su tutti i fronti. Are we joking? Mentre guardavo e aprivo delle felpe (ripiegandole dopo averle aperte ) con un tono arrogante mi viene detto ( dobbiamo aprile tutte ?) non dandomi una mano .Da premettere che acquistavo spesso in quel negozio . Ampissima scelta di abiti da uomo e da donna, tantissimi marchi, ampia scelta di prezzo ... insomma per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche. Per lo più la scelta è "fai da te", scegli, misuri e ... se proprio hai difficoltà chiedi aiuto al personale. Con i SALDI tantissime offerte interessanti...!!
