Ho acquistato delle cose da regalare,ma al momento che ho regalato la merce acquistata mi sono recato per sostituirla e mi è stato negato perché non potevo sostituirlo con altra merce.....mi veniva riferito in modo arrogante w sgarbato che potevo cambiare solo con lo stesso modello con taglia e colore diverso...
È vergognoso....
E riferendomi alla poca cortesia credo che il covid non abbia insegnato nulla....
I cambi li fanno anche negozietti....
Per me non solo sconsigliato ma cortesia zero e merce troppo cara......
