I do the boiler service with them every year, they are very very competent and nice, efficient and they give me all the information I ask, really a pleasure, I recommend them to everyone, really !!!

P	Paola Gozzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Febbraio 2022: rivedo il giudizio negativo espresso due anni fa perché nel frattempo ho avuto ancora bisogno di assistenza per la caldaia (due volte in momenti diversi) ed entrambe le volte sono stati disponibili e veloci nell'intervento. Il tecnico che è venuto a casa si è dimostrato molto gentile e competente. Tra l'altro l'ultima volta ha cambiato il pezzo guasto subito, nonostante questo gli abbia fatto perdere molto più tempo di quello preventivato. Ma comunque anche due anni fa il giudizio negativo non era per i tecnici e le loro capacità, ma per la gestione dell'intervento. È rimasto un caso isolato e ne sono contenta. Maggio 2020 Assistenza caldaia pessima! Ho richiesto un intervento per la caldaia (ancora in garanzia) la settimana prima di Pasqua. Hanno trovato una valvola rotta, da cambiare. Nell'attesa l'hanno chiusa (bloccando così anche il riscaldamento), ma dopo un mese e mezzo sto ancora aspettando che vengano a cambiarla. Ho sollecitato ripetutamente, ma la risposta è sempre stata "devo parlare con titolare , poi la richiamo io"!!!!!! Purtroppo non posso rivolgermi ad altri perché sono gli unici in Ferrara e dintorni ad avere l'assistenza per Chaffoteaux. Sconsigliato assolutamente..... February 2022: I review the negative opinion expressed two years ago because in the meantime I still needed assistance for the boiler (twice at different times) and both times they were available and quick to intervene. The technician who came home proved to be very polite and competent. Among other things, the last time he changed the broken piece immediately, although this made him waste much more time than expected. But even two years ago the negative judgment was not for the technicians and their skills, but for the management of the intervention. It has remained an isolated case and I am happy with it. May 2020 Bad boiler assistance! I requested an intervention on the boiler (still under warranty) the week before Easter. They found a broken valve to change. In the meantime they closed it (thus also blocking the heating), but after a month and a half I'm still waiting for them to come and change it. I repeatedly asked, but the answer has always been "I have to talk to the owner, then I'll call you back" !!!!!! Unfortunately I cannot turn to others because they are the only ones in Ferrara and its surroundings to have assistance for Chaffoteaux. Absolutely not recommended .....
