★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco organizzati, per un 730 fatto a maggio ho dovuto tornare a giugno per il ritiro per motivi non meglio precisati. Zero privacy ai tre sportelli, è imbarazzante dover raccontare i fatti tuoi e ascoltare quelli degli altri urlati ai quattro venti. Il personale scocciato e per nulla disponibile. E all'entrata nessuno che ti accolga, ti siedi e fai anticamera nell'attesa e nella speranza che qualcuno prima o poi ti dia udienza. In pratica credo proprio che questa sia la prima e ultima volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 appuntamento saltati perché non rispettano le tempistiche degli appuntamenti...dovrebbero prendersi il tempo necessario, non un appuntamento ogni mezz'ora quando ci mettono più di un ora a fare le cose...uno dovrebbe essere in pensione o disoccupato per riuscire a fare qualcosa...in più ogni anno un errore....che alla fine paghi tu....
2 missed appointments because they don't meet the schedule of appointments ... they should take their time, not an appointment every half hour when it takes more than an hour to get things done ... one would have to be retired or unemployed to be able to do something ... more every year a mistake .... that in the end you pay ....
