★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This city is in the middle of nowhere. There is no car to rent or bus. Rent a car inside the boat. Do not take taxi, people are dishonest. Worst experience of my life in every trip I've taken in Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About Virtu Ferries: If you don't want to be stuck in Sicily, travel by plane. Weather conditions can destroy your whole vacation if you are depending on the ferry.
About city: not turistic. Young people in Sicily are not tourist friendly. Had to beg in a bakery to get a wifi connection.
