Il bagno della camera era messo piuttosto male da tutti i punti di vista, ma ha poca importanza su una permanenza di sole 12 ore di cui 8 di sonno, così come per i servizi ricreativi non offerti a bordo. I ponti esterni sono molto belli e godibili, il che invece è fondamentale. Everything is normal. Hanno messo a disposizione solo i bagni di due cabine per tutta la nave strapiena con conseguente fila chilometrica per aspettare il proprio turno. Bar con prezzi stratosferici.Risposta alle lamentele : "se fa caldo è perché vi siete ammassati" (sic). Poltrona comode e accoglienti, a mio avviso durante la traversata notturna, la temperatura era un po' troppo fredda; rispetto esterno. Well maintained ship, friendly and qualified staff, excellent bar and restaurant. Comfortable and welcoming seats, in my opinion during the night crossing, the temperature was a bit too cold; external respect.

Fue la mejor experiencia y no se me ocurre otra mejor para ir de Barcelona a Roma (Civitaveccia) buen precio y excelente servicio!!!! Miren las fotos. Fantastic. Se ti chiedo di cambiare due posti poltrona pagati 70 euro, con una cabina base non devo sentirmi dire che devo pagare 150 euro se voglio la cabina. Dev'esserci una differenza di prezzo, non dovrei pagare l'intera cifra come se quei 70 euro già spesi non fossero mai esistiti!! Bah! Very dirty ship, cleaning is really lacking, bar staff slow, toilets practically unacceptable. High prices for the services offered! If I ask you to change two seats for 70 euros, with a basic cabin I don't have to be told that I have to pay 150 euros if I want the cabin. There must be a difference in price, I shouldn't have to pay the full amount as if those 70 euros already spent had never existed !! Bah!

g	gurcu808 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a punctual company. Boarding supposed to start at 20:00 but it satrted at 22:00. For arrival they announced 18:30 first, ticket says 19:45 but we arrived at 20:30. We had a room. They made us leave rooms 2 hours before arrival with a weird manner-knocking on all doors. I payed for this room and I would like to use it till the end. Cleaning is not my problem. Cleanliness for the room was 6 out of 10. I also payed for a business lunch. If you dont ask nobody tells what you are entitled to take. And since it is called business I assumed that it would be all inclusive. But there were "extras" that you have to pay if you take. The why dont you just make it business1-business2 .... or something like that. But the amount of meal was more than enough though. I am not familiar with this kind of service much but next time I will try some other company instead of Grimaldi.

When we asked the reception they said that they don’t have the type of room that we booked on that ship. Obviously this is a scam. As usual with these companies they told us to contact customer service which never got back to us
