Zum ersten Mal waren wir an einem Feiertag dort, da war der Service und das Prozedere eher anstrengend und teilweise beunruhigend (Check In sollte um 15.00 Uhr öffnen, öffnete aber erst zehn Minuten nachdem wir schon auf der Fähre sein sollten).
Zum zweiten Mal waren wir an einem normalen Wochentag dort und es lief alles prima.

For the first time we were there on a public holiday, the service and procedure was rather exhausting and partly disconcerting (check in should open at 3pm, but only opened ten minutes after we were on the ferry).
For the second time we were there on a normal weekday and everything was going great.
