★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun controllo lungo la costa. I natanti a motore circalano entro i limiti consentiti. Proprio ieri uno yaght a tre ponti è passato tra la punta di Cala Moresca e l'isolotto dell'Argentarola indisturbato tra i bagnanti!!!!
 No control along the coast. Motor boats circulate within the permitted limits. Just yesterday a three-deck yaght passed between the tip of Cala Moresca and the islet of Argentarola undisturbed among the swimmers !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È UNA VERGOGNA! Stamane ho chiamato la guardia costiera di Porto Santo Stefano per segnalare più di 20 imbarcazioni ormeggiate a meno di 25 metri dalla riva di Cala Grande. La ragazza al telefono mi ha assicurato che sarebbero intervenuti subito, ma nelle successive 8 ore non è arrivato proprio nessuno a tutelare l'incolumità dei bagnanti ma anzi, le imbarcazioni fuori regola sono ulteriormente aumentate.
IT'S A SHAME! This morning I called the coast guard of Porto Santo Stefano to report more than 20 boats moored less than 25 meters from the shore of Cala Grande. The girl on the phone assured me that they would intervene immediately, but in the next 8 hours no one arrived to protect the safety of the swimmers but on the contrary, the boats that were out of order increased further.
