N	NRF19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle prettamente basate sui rapporti con il personale, al centro informazioni per tutte le situazioni in cui ho usufruito del servizio, ho sempre trovato un’addetta davvero competente, ma le qualità non si limitano all’arbitro lavorativo, bensì si estendono anche al vero e proprio incontro con i clienti, più volte mi sono potuto imbattere nei meravigliosi consigli degli impiegati e persino nelle incitazioni e in messaggi di rincuoramento. Non è da escludere persino l’efficienza degli addetti presenti sui mezzi, pronti a confortare in qualsiasi metodo il cliente. A mio parere il personale è rappresentabile con ben 5 stelle,ma ciò che spinge ad attribuirne solo 4 è l’inefficienza della compagnia nel complesso: fuori dalla regione Basilicata non ho potuto riscontrare lo stesso rapporto tra lavoratore e cliente, tutt’altro, mi sono ritrovato a ricevere toni burberi dal personale del centro ferroviario di Gravina. Personale di potenza ottimo (5 stelle) compagnia meno (3 stelle giustificate dalla presenza dei treni anche in condizioni climatiche avverse, sebbene caratterizzati da ampi ritardi). Staff of excellent power (5 stars) less company (3 stars justified by the presence of trains even in adverse weather conditions, although characterized by large delays). Needless to say, the general assessment depends on the average of these considerations.

Il contatto con il cliente è distaccato, si risponde per il minimo indispensabile a qualsiasi richiesta di aiuto o informazioni. Unica voce di lode alla signora che si trova alla hole che effettua la biglietteria, competente e utile nelle varie occasioni in cui ho necessitato di aiuto.
