★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YES YES YES. We were delayed on the Bernina Express from Chur and wanted a quick bite before heading to Milano Centrale on the 15:08. A bottle of local Nebbiolo and three courses did the trick! This is local and it’s magical - asparagi con uomo in season, local lamb, an unreal risotto stinging with the tang of sheep’s milk cheese, etc. (There were nine options on the menu and we ordered all of them!). Spoke for a moment with the proprietor about the greens that came along with the pork loin - a local cress that had been in season since February but was going out in a couple of weeks. It’s *that* kind of local. It’s a hundred steps from the front of the train station (turn left out of the front doors, turn immediate left at the corner of the building, turn right into the new-looking development) and a better layover meal could not be imagined. This is the sort of place that foodies - and people that read Google reviews in their entirety - love to patronize. Cheers!
