A	Anna85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppa confusione ed ovviamente mal gestita...ad aggravare il tutto la gente, con il conto alla posta di via rodi(ormai diventato un ufficio fantasma) che ormai confluisce in quella di via canfora...che dire?un vero e proprio schifo!! Anarchia all’ interno dell’ufficio con qualcuna che grida che “così in tanti qui dentro non si può stare” ma nessuno che fa niente. Aspetto il mio turno. Devo fare un’operazione ordinaria che ho già fatto in quello stesso sportello appena due settimane prima. Evidentemente gli girava male, perché dopo una lunga attesa mi comunicano che non posso effettuare l’operazione. Gli dico che è urgente e che un loro collega mi ha già risolto il problema, senza problemi... allora mi chiedono di ritornare il giorno in cui sarà presente quella persona. Come se io conoscessi per nome e turno di lavoro i dipendenti di poste italiane; come se “ se lo conosci allora puoi farlo, se sei il figlio della serva addannati nei tuoi problemi’’;Nel frattempo in giovane ragazzo perde il turno perché nessuno gli ha detto che deve prima scrivere il suo nome a penna su un foglio volante poggiato su una macchina scassata parcheggiata davanti le poste. E nulla, ho perso 1 h del mio tempo, non ho risolto il problema. Day of 3/09/2020 from 12 to 13. L'apoteosi della presa in giro, direi. Al di là dei vetri i funzionari mi hanno invitato a sporgere un reclamo, in modo da agevolarmi a perdere altro tempo e ad indispormi ancora di più. V	Valeria la spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo ufficio dopo oltre 1 oradi attesa l impiegato scocciato e maleducato non ha voluto attivare la carta IO STUDIO di mia figlia minorenne, con la scusa che dovevo farlo il online. Ma quando gli ho mostrato lettera che dice di recarsi in un qualunque ufficio postale per attivazione mi ha urlato contro dicendo che non è vero...risultato dopoun paio di tentativi e dopo più di un anno la carta è ancora non attivata quindi inutilizzabile. Complimenti poste italiane per l incompetenza e la maleducazione dei vostri dipendenti. bravi!!
