Inoltre non è possibile concordare una nuova consegna a causa covid. Il personale contattato maleducato e arrogante ti costringe a ritirarla di persona ,facendo file e assembramenti di gente che viene anche dai paesi vicini, anche se per legge la devono rirecapitare dopo accordo col cliente cosí come è scritto nel loro sito e come fanno tutti gli altri specie in un periodo di COVID.Pessimo servizio l'ho fatto presente anche al mittente. Da due settimana provo a contattarli telefonicamente per concordare una nuova consegna ma non risponde nessuno. VERGOGNATEVI !!!!!! Il vero scandalo sono le istituzioni che affidano un servizio importante come le notifiche ad una società totalmente incapace anche solo di citofonare per accertare che il destinatario sia in casa. Lascio immaginare la gestione di coloro che si presentano a ritirare la notifica. In un paese civile società del genere verrebbero condannate per interruzione di pubblico servizio e falso in atto pubblico. In Italia vincono gli appalti. Come fanno è un mistero.
