★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il peggiore dei centri altair...a un istruttore davvero molto preparato che mi ha seguito e 2 ragazze della reception , la parola empatia non esiste nel loro dizionario...unica nota positiva la struttura nuova, esteticamente bellissima ma gestita da gente incompetente...ah dimenticavo, non mi hanno fatto recuperare i mesi di chiusura perché l'abbonamento mi è stato passato da un'amico, che l'ha pagato a prezzo pieno...non vedo dove sta la differenza sempre un'abbonamento annuale era....l'eleganza di trattare i clienti...dovrebbero prendere esempio dagli altri centri che portano lo stesso nome...deluso.

Che dire, problemi sin dal primo giorno con gli altri clienti dimostratisi subito altamente spavaldi e ineducati, convinti di essere a casa propria. Una delle ragazze all'accoglienza anche lei convinta di essere la padrona che agisce alle spalle del cliente per "risolvere un problema", fino ad arrivare all'allenatore in sala pesi altamente incompetente convito di essere il solo ed unico allenatore al mondo, incapace di lasciare i problemi personali a casa, sfogandosi con i clienti in sede. Badge giusto per abbellimento (pagato 5 euro) che non ha mai funzionato a nessuno dei clienti. Unica nota positiva: NON essere più loro cliente. Pubblicità iper negativa ad amici e colleghi poco ma sicuro
