★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obbligati a fare la fila fuori che arriva fino in strada solo per prendere il ticket, quando basterebbe consentire alla gente di prendere il biglietto e aspettare fuori. Sempre pienissima ed è quasi presso ch'è impossibile prenotare il ticket dall''app se non con 3/4 giorni di anticipo. Va sistemato qualcosa......

Ah, per pagare le bollette, o si ha il cartaceo o non sanno nemmeno cosa sia un bar code.
Unica nota positiva è il numero degli sportelli: come in un casinò, se sarete fortunati, beccherete il tizio/la tizia che sapranno di cosa state parlando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo..io non so se dipende dal covid ma chi è quel genio che ha deciso di unificare i servizi tutti in unico sportello..ma dico io è mai possibile che per spedire un pacco ci si metta 2 ore ma lasciare un sportello per sole raccomandate o spedizione dei pacchi niente, non è possibile? non parliamo poi del sistema di delivery web che dovrebbe facilitare la spedizione e la ricezione de pacchi e non funziona chissà dà quanto tempo costringendoti ad andare allo sportello.A voi manco il PNNR vi salva,anche perché sarebbero soldi buttati.Chiudete che fate un favore alla società.
