★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti, un vostro impiegato ha suonato il campanello alle 9 e dopo 5 secondi è andato via senza darmi il tempo di scendere, mentre l'avviso di giacenza è stato stampato alle ore 11:08, ed in quel momento io ero giusto davanti casa e non è passato assolutamente nessuno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo! Siete da denuncia! Non rispondete mai!! I vostri impiegati sono del tutto inefficienti e lasciano i pacchi incustoditi senza citofonare o lasciare l'avviso di giacenza!! Inoltre grazie a voi ho subito il furto diverse volte di alcuni pacchi che ho pagato!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate pena, ho un pacco fermo da 3 giorni presso il centro smistamento di Macerata e nessuno me lo consegna, non posso neanche venire a prenderlo perché al numero di telefono non risponde nessuno ed il call center Poste Italine (molto scortese) risponde con un laconico "noi vediamo le stesse info che vede lei dal sito".
Rimettetevi a consegnare la posta che i pacchi è roba da vettori seri!
Pity, I have a parcel that has been stationary for 3 days at the sorting center in Macerata and nobody delivers it to me, I can't even come and pick it up because no one answers the phone number and the Poste Italine call center (very rude) replies with a laconic "we see the same info you see from the site".
Get back to delivering the mail parcels are serious carrier stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiate mestiere invece di rubare soldi a noi poveri utenti. Qualsiasi corriere, al momento di consegnare un pacco, se non trova nessuno al recapito lascia il proprio numero telefonico per essere ricontattato per poter ripassare anche in giornata. Con le Poste Italiane invece non si riesce a chiamare nessuno perché il recapito recapito telefonico è sempre staccato e i pacchi non si sa che fine fanno.
Change jobs instead of stealing money from us poor users. Any courier, when delivering a package, if you do not find anyone at the address leave their phone number to be contacted in order to review again during the day. With the Italian Post Office instead you can not call anyone because the contact telephone number is always disconnected and the parcels do not know what they are doing.
