★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mattinata intera a telefonare e nessuno risponde. Annullano i vaccini per covid e poi per prendere appuntamento devi per forza presentarti li perche sono telefonicamente irraggiungibili!
A whole morning to call and no one answers. They cancel the vaccines for covid and then to make an appointment you have to show up there because they are unreachable by phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno sempre il telefono staccato, dovrei disdire un appuntamento per il vaccino dello pneumococco per il 27 novembre, mattinate intere al telefono sempre occupato. Spero leggano qui non so cosa altro fare.
They always have the phone off the hook, I should cancel an appointment for the pneumococcal vaccine for November 27, whole mornings on the phone always busy. I hope they read here I don't know what else to do.

Whole days to call but either they don't answer or it's busy. You have to cancel a vaccine appointment and it's impossible. Painful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 26 luglio ho accompagnato mio padre a visita con appuntamento alle ore 10,30. Entrato in reparto alle 10,50 è uscito alle 13,00!! La motivazione è che coloro che arrivano in ambulanza hanno la precedenza anche se non hanno un appuntamento perché mi è stato risposto che l'ambulanza non può attendere. Certo meglio far aspettare 90enni, come mio padre e altre persone anziane. Che organizzazione!!!
On 26 July I accompanied my father to visit with an appointment at 10.30. He entered the ward at 10.50 and left at 13.00 !! The reason is that those who arrive by ambulance have priority even if they do not have an appointment because I was told that the ambulance cannot wait. Sure better to keep 90-year-olds waiting, like my father and other elderly people. What an organization !!!
