Se io attendo il mio turno, non vedo perché gli altri debbano avere "diritto a un servizio" e io dopo aver atteso no.
Se non riuscite a gestire la quantità di persone che aspettano aprite più sportelli invece che mandarli via, facendo una figura tutt'altro che professionale.

If you can't manage the amount of people waiting, open more branches instead of sending them away, making a figure that is anything but professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, inadeguato all'approccio con il pubblico, non informato, non disponibile ad aiutare (risponde alzando le spalle)...poste italiane dovrebbe fare più attenzione alle assunzioni e lasciare a casa chi non ha voglia di lavorare...
Rude staff, inadequate to approach the public, uninformed, not willing to help (he replies with a shrug) ... Poste Italiane should pay more attention to hiring and leave those who do not want to work at home ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo la necessità di fare un reso per un popolare e-commerce. Normalmente faccio tutto online ma abitando a due passi ho pensato fosse più facile con il “contatto umano”. Non lo avessi mai fatto. Non c’è uno sportello specifico per i pacchi quindi avrei dovuto aspettare che circa 25 persone davanti a me aprissero conti, pagassero F24 e quant’altro… Mi sembrava impossibile quindi ho chiesto a un ragazzo prima di me di poter parlare velocemente con l’addetta. Questa mi ha risposto che non si puó semplicemente consegnare un pacco ma che “va registrato a macchina e si tratta di una procedura piuttosto complessa”. Hahaha sono scappato da questo posto in 20 secondi e penso non ci metteró più piede. Modernizzatevi altrimenti i servizi online vi sostituiranno velocemente.
I needed to make a return for a popular e-commerce. Normally I do everything online but living close by I thought it was easier with "human contact". I never did. There is no specific counter for parcels so I would have to wait for about 25 people in front of me to open accounts, pay F24 and so on ... It seemed impossible to me so I asked a guy before me to be able to speak quickly with the clerk. This replied that you cannot simply deliver a package but that "it must be registered by machine and it is a rather complex procedure". Hahaha I got away from this place in 20 seconds and I think I won't set foot in it again. Modernize otherwise online services will replace you quickly.
