Stamattina sono andata io in posta con delega e tutto ma essendo un fermo posta non si può . Il mio fidanzato lavora lontano Palazzolo sul oglio parte alle 7 di mattina finisce alle 7 di lavorare e gli orari non concidono . Come fava ritirare il pacco.? E una vergogna e un schifo impiegata pensava che io sapessi che con il fermo posta non si può fare la delega . E stata molto scortese. A volte ho riscontrato episodi di maleducazione, ma sempre da parte dei clienti e mai dal personale. Se tutti gli uffici postali fossero a questo livello, ma purtroppo così non è, Poste Italiane non avrebbe concorrenza nemmeno tra le banche. Mi sono recata all'ufficio postale per pagare una contravvenzione,faccio notare che l'avevo appena ricevuta dal postino,l'impiegata si sbaglia e mi fa pagare l'importo "dal 5°giorno".Faccio presente la cosa e l'impiegata mi dice che probabilmente non si può fare più niente perché sono pagamenti"on line".Basita chiedo di parlare con il direttore che SI NEGA RIPETUTAMENTE e vergognosamente,mandando avanti altri impiegati spiegandomi che"ormai non si può fare più niente,é andata così"...(cosa?!)...Contatto la Polizia Municipale del Comune di provenienza della sanzione e mi confermano che AVREBBERO DOVUTO PROVVEDERE ALLO STORNO del pagamento all'ufficio postale,aggiungendo aggettivi poco edificanti.Domanda:se io fossi stata una persona anziana,mi avrebbero sottratto denaro così vergognosamente solo perché non in grado di chiedere un rimborso?!Si vergognino perché é proprio il caso e il direttore,si faccia avanti invece di nascondersi dietro i dipendenti,o vada a fare altro!VERGOGNOSI!! Hello ..
