High priority letter is being processed there for two weeks, however the address of the final delivery was just 14km away. Still waiting for the delivery. Horrible experience with leads to a financial losings with each new day...

I didn't received my package, but it says to my order that they already delivered it. So that the seller (which where i bought the package) can't do anything to. I've been ordering out of the country for years. And this is the first time that i didn't received and refund it.

Parcel arrived here and is still staying there for 20 days!! Phone number is not working. No one on help line is able to respond where the parcel got lost. Online it is written that Poste Italiana delivering company SDA tried to deliver it to our home 5 times (!!!) but at the indicated time we were at home and no one came and left no note. People who work there are 1) liars 2) not doing their job 3) probably keeping parcels for themselves?! You should be ashamed, because there were Christmas presents for a little baby inside.

Never received my package nor any customer service support, just the reply ''refer to the sender'', even though the sender, my friend, can see through her DHL tracking number that the package is at this site and has been for a A MONTH. How dare you take money for this? Disgusting, a laughing stock for everyone abroad! Instead of being a national service representative, this is a SCAM.

Avoid Poste Italiane at all costs! My package is stuck there for two weeks with no update. If I would have known this, I would have organised a different carrier for my handmade instrument. Now my only hope is that 4 months manufacturing time will not get ruined by this..

First impression: I find it a presentation that a parcel, which is registered arrived at the center the 10th of November at 5:43, is still in processing after one and a half day. Either the information system is lacking otherwise there seem to be a lack of capacity. When I read the other reviews my expectations for a delivery in the near future is rather low. I hope the best. After two days The latest updated status is not giving a lot of new information - status still in processing. This after more than two days. The final comment I have added screenshots below, which is describing the situation seen trough the information from the Italian Post and then the perspective from the Swiss Post. It took the Italian post from the 9th of November to the 15th November to bring the parcel of these is 5 days used to process the parcel in this sorting center. This after that the parcel have been processed in the post office where the sender have delivered it. The similar processing last on the Swiss side less than a day. The parcel arrived in Switzerland the 16th of November and is out for delivery the 17th. I don't think that the Swiss Post is seeing less parcels than the Italian Post in Milano. I tried to place my observation with the customer service at the Italian Post - I just got an standard answer with reference to their parcel tracking. You have the opportunity to compare the tracking offered by the Italian Post and the Swiss Post on the below screenshots. The offered tracking from the Italian Post is less detailed than that what the Swiss Post is offering - My point is not that the Swiss Post is better than the Italian Post - My point is that the Italian Post might profit from having a closer look on how their processes are organized.

Utterly useless. They refused to deliver my package as they said that the address was wrong (it wasn't). I specifically told them where I was living in the notes and I also told them that they could have easily dropped the package at Sky Italy if they didn't find me at home as I work there. On top of that, I contacted the customer service via email begging them not to return the package to the UK and what have they done? They returned it to the UK...

Shame on you, everyone with the negative reports cannot be lying my address was perfectly correct but they said my address is incorrect when they didn't even get to my local post office you're a failure this company should be reported
