Non è la prima volta che capita ma adesso è davvero troppo. Sono veramente arrabbiata in quanto mia madre si è poi sentita male. Dunque lunedì mi farò indicare le gentilissima dipendente in questione e prenderò provvedimenti. Quanto è troppo è troppo! Date il lavoro a chi merita. Saluti. Tutti gli sportellisti sono già da tempo multitasking, ma ancora oggi chi non vuole lavorare riesce a farsi riconoscere! Voto una stella perché meno non si può! Parte del personale spesso impreparato e nemmeno troppo comunicativo. Mancanza di moduli negli appositi contenitori a disposizione del pubblico. Sportello Postamat sempre fuori servizio oppure sprovvisto di denaro... Lentezza nelle operazioni.... potrei continuare....
