Mi reco giovedì, trovo una signorina alla quale chiedo di controllare se è arrivato. Mi fa aspettare esattamente 35 minuti, per poi fare un controllo di 30 secondi e dirmi che non era arrivato. Non ci metterò più piede. I go for the first time to buy bacon, the very kind salesman tells me that he would arrive the week after Monday, Wednesday at the latest. I go Thursday, I find a young lady to whom I ask to check if it has arrived. He makes me wait exactly 35 minutes, then do a 30-second check and tell me he hadn't arrived. I won't set foot there again.

Hanno consegnato solo un letto perché il secondo letto si sono dimenticati di produrlo. Adesso dovrò attendere altre 4 settimane. Incompetenti e nessuna attenzione verso le esigenze dei clienti. Bad service. I ordered two double beds with delivery date on September 22nd. They only delivered one bed because the second bed they forgot to make. Now I will have to wait another 4 weeks. Incompetent and no attention to customer needs.

In sintesi devro tenermi il coprimaterasso rovinato... la garanzia è solo una chiacchiera. I delivered my mattress cover because with two washes the sponge was cut ... waiting for their verification for the change of over a month to be told that the mattress cover was not washed correctly. In summary I have to keep the ruined mattress cover ... the guarantee is just a chat.
