La direttrice è molto affabile e gentile, così come il personale che mi ha sempre servito. I want to share my experience, because I am here and I always had a great time in this post office. La dirigente dell'ufficio si dimostra altamente competente ed è sempre "sul pezzo". L'attenzione a risolvere i problemi e portare a termine le attività è massima. L'attenzione alle persone è reale e non formale. Il clima lavorativo è positivo e costruttivo. Rispetto a tante realtà di Poste che non funzionano correttamente, e che non hanno riguardo per i clienti, questa realtà di Cesena piazza della libertà è invece da elogiare perché è sicuramente una eccellenza.
