Attesa media 25 minuti. Neppure un F24 sanno fare, la risposta è stata "ma non potevate andare un banca ?"
Siete assurdi !
Anzi l'assurdo è che abbiate un lavoro !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo l'esperienza con questo ufficio postale e' sempre ai limiti del pessimo. Pochi sportelli aperti anche nei momenti di punta (e parlo anche del periodo pre Covid), operatrici non sempre cortesi e a volte disorientate anche di fronte alle procedure più basic. Pochissima attenzione all'utenza, lentezza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che mi trovo a fare una spedizione (pacchetti e pesi sempre uguali) o mando in famigliare a farla per me, incredibile che il prezzo lieviti a dismisura. Quindi oltre all’attesa, anche la sorpresa del rincaro per il tipo di spedizione (sempre scelto lo stesso, tra l’altro!) quasi in base al membro della famiglia che va a portare il pacchetto.
Every time I find myself making a shipment (packages and weights always the same) or I send my family to do it for me, it is incredible that the price rises dramatically. So in addition to the wait, there is also the surprise of the price increase for the type of shipment (always chosen the same, by the way!) Almost based on the family member who goes to bring the package.
