Sono andata e c'erano 3 sportelli aperti, dovevo spedire un pacco in Austria, lo volevo spedire in forma ordinaria ma niente da fare: in due hanno cercato i moduli, ovviamente bloccando il servizio agli altri clienti, ma niente, dopo lunghe ricerche anche ai piani superiori hanno trovato solo un modulo (UNO) per spedizione espresso e così ho dovuto pagare 41 Euro per un pacchetto di 1,5kg per l'Austria perchè semplicemente non hanno trovato i moduli. E mi hanno detto pure: "Così o niente". Ma questa gente dovrebbe essere licenziata se non capace. Quando tre giorni dopo ho dovuto spedire un'altro pacchetto, questa volta di 5kg, ovviamente non mi sono più rivolta alle Poste di Volterra, bensì alla DHL che ha chiesto per il servizio espresso 22 Euro!!!! E ho potuto tracciare anche la consegna, avvenuta entro 24 ore. Che vergogna per Volterra e le poste italiane!!!! Bad service! L	Laura Tamburini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 14/05/2022 ore 11.30 circa, all'impiegata della cassa ho chiesto se durante la settimana l'ufficio fosse aperto anche nel pomeriggio, la ragazza molto gentilmente mi ha rassicurato dicendomi "Certo!"... ??? Purtoppo, santa ignoranza non è vero!!! Forse sarebbe meglio informare i dipendenti dell'orario e, visto che le restrizioni Covid non esisono più, ritornare all'operatività pomeridiana dello sportello dando la possibilità a chi lavora di usufruire del servizio!!!!! Grazie della corretta informazione, mia mamma a 96 aa ha gradito la passeggiata!!!
