Ho trovato per fortuna una dipendente in questo ufficio di Matera che, nonostante non fosse responsabile della mia consegna, mi ha dato tutte le info per poter giungere ad una soluzione. Professionalità, competenza ed estrema cortesia. Soddisfattissimo ed i miei complimenti. Non posso dire lo stesso per la sede di Policoro....

Mi è capitato più di una volta di ricevere da questo corriere spedizioni e puntualmente il fattorino che consegna nella mia zona senza accertare la mia assenza lascia nella cassetta della posta l'avviso di giacenza. Sono in casa tutta la giornata. Gli ho aperto il portone e la porta, sono uscita nel portone e il fattorino abbastanza annoiato ha semplicemente lasciato l'avviso di giacenza senza neanche alzare gli occhi. Bruttissima esperienza. Contattando il numero di riferimento nella mia zona la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata "fa prima a venirlo a prendere lei". Professionalità sotto lo 0. Spero di non ricevere più pacchi con questa azienda.
Negative review. It has happened to me more than once to receive shipments from this courier and on time the delivery man who delivers to my area without verifying my absence leaves the notice of stock in the mailbox. Dovevo ricevere un pacco arrivato alla sede di Matera. Spedizione rimandata per 2 volte senza notifica e con avv iso sul sito nel pomeriggio.
Ora ho controllato sul loro sito, consegna rimandata a dopo il weekend, perché figuriamoci se possono lavorare anche il sabato.
BAD!
I had to receive a package that arrived at the Matera office. Shipping postponed twice without notification and with warning on the site in the afternoon.
Now I have checked on their website, delivery postponed until after the weekend, because let alone if they can work on Saturdays too.

Senza suonare al citofono e rendersi conto (in quel momento erano presenti ben 5 persone del nucleo familiare) ha preferito lasciare avviso è scappare Via, il giorno 24/12 mentre tutto gli uffici postali erano aperti e il loro sito riporta anche la chiusura alle 17,,30, i responsabili di sicuro hanno anticipato la cena del Natale, sconsiglio vivamente NEXIVE. Di Matera, inoltrerò segnalazione alla loro direzione e alla Direzione delle POSTE spa, lascio una stella perché non posso mettere zero o meno di zero
