Ero di fuori città e dovevo spedire un pacco,non essendo del posto non avevo la lettera di vettura stampata,ho chiesto gentilmente pagando la possibilità di stamparla ...ma sono stato preso a parole...davvero una dipendente che mette in cattiva luce l azienda...
Bad. Rudeness is rudeness! I was from out of town and I had to send a package, not being a local I didn't have the waybill printed, I asked politely paying the possibility to print it ... but I was taken into words ... really an employee who puts in a bad light the company...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signor Andronico dovrebbe essere più onesto nel dire la cose.
Nessuno lo ha preso a parolacce e nessuno è stato scortese o maleducato.
Gli è stato semplicemente detto che per scelta aziendale non si stampavano lettere di vettura dei pacchi Vinted e che i pacchi dovevano essere consegnati già imballati e completi di tutto compresa della lettera di vettura sul pacco.
D'altronde Vinted da queste indicazioni.
Non è nostra consuetudine essere scortesi o maleducati ed i nostri clienti lo sanno benissimo.
Nondimeno auguriamo al signor Andronico una buona permanenza presso la nostra città.
Mr. Andronicus should be more honest in saying things.
Nobody swore at him and nobody was rude or rude.
He was simply told that by company choice no waybills were printed for Vinted packages and that the packages had to be delivered already packed and complete with everything including the waybill on the package.
On the other hand Vinted by these indications.
It is not our practice to be rude or rude and our customers know this very well.

La signora le ha solo detto che i pacchi Vinted devono essere consegnati già imballati e completi di lettera di vettura.
Non ne ho sentito né parolacce né ho riscontrato maleducazione.
If you are the one from Puglia I was there when you came with your girlfriend.
