Alcuni impiegati mangiano allo sportello durante l'operazione davanti al cliente, un altro impiegato è seduto beato ad oziare mentre i clienti aspettano o se ne va in giro per l'ufficio come un vigilantes, non sapevo che gli impiegati coprissero anche questo ruolo...

Some employees eat at the counter during the operation in front of the customer, another employee is happily sitting idle while the customers wait or goes around the office like a vigilantes, I didn't know that the employees also covered this role .. .

Ad incominciare dall'entrata quando per chiedere dei moduli che dovrebbero essere esposti, bisogna fare una Via Crucis e chiedere ad ogni sportello perché tutti fanno da scaricabarile. Sono perennemente scorbutici e maleducati oltre alla presunzione e l'ignoranza che regna sovrana in questo posto. Rispondono al telefono privato mentre lavorano, dicono parolacce inveendo contro il PC che si impalla ogni due x tre. sono vestiti in modo indegno non può essere questo un ufficio pubblico statale. Aggiungo che il telefono è perennemente staccato!!!
As usual bad experience. Starting from the entrance when to ask for the forms that should be displayed, you have to make a Via Crucis and ask at every counter why everyone is blameworthy. They are perpetually grumpy and rude in addition to the presumption and ignorance that reigns supreme in this place. La direttrice é la piú sgarbata ed indisponente di tutti. I moduli per le raccomandate non ci sono mai e bisogna pietire per averli. Ne ho spedite oltre 130 in pochi giorni per lavoro e mi ha detto di fare il giro degli uffico postali della città per prendere quelli che mi servivano. Non solo, ad ogni richiesta risponde sempre villanamente e con tono di superiorita.
Una volta ho addirittura chiamato i carabinieri per essere servita .
Una vergogna
Bad service.
The director is the most rude and annoying of all. The forms for registered letters are never there and you have to pity for them. I sent over 130 in a few days for work and he told me to go around the post offices in the city to get the ones I needed. Not only that, he always responds rudely and with a tone of superiority to every request.
Once I even called the police to be served.

Purtroppo conosco questo pubblico servizio da quando sono nato e la sua.... discesa è stata continua
Impiegati evanescenti e supponenti quando sono presenti, quei pochi che si affacciano allo sportello pensano di farci un regalo quando compaiono ( dopo lunghe assenze).
Oggi 23 febbraio 2022, dopo un' ora di attesa dalle 11.30 , una sola impiegata era presente allo sportello, mentre decine di clienti erano in attesa.
Solo dopo rimostranze ed alzate di voce sono ricomparsi altri due impiegati....giunti chissà da dove.
Una vera piega per il Quartiere

Evanescent and opinionated employees when they are present, those few who look out at the counter think of giving us a gift when they appear (after long absences).
Today 23 February 2022, after an hour of waiting from 11.30, only one employee was present at the counter, while dozens of customers were waiting.
Only after complaints and raised voices did two other employees reappear .... who came from who knows where.
A real twist for the district
