Gli architetti dello studio sono tre angeli, hanno risposto alle mie domande, mi hanno consigliato sulla distribuzione dello spazio, che non era moltissimo (!!!), hanno scelto i migliori materiali e tenuto a bada la ditta dei lavori e il budget. Sono sempre rimaste tranquille anche quando io ero nel panico! Tre architetti preparati e tre donne super in gamba! Ho fatto qualche visita da solo e quando ho trovato qualcosa di interessante ho richiesto la presenza di un tecnico dello studio; durante la visita ho potuto ricevere già dei consigli sui lavori che avrei potuto effettuare, spunti sulle modifiche e su elementi da conservare come una vetrata e un pavimento particolare. Ho trovato anche molto utile un confronto "dalla mia parte" sull'offerta economica da presentare e la possibilità di avere all'istante una idea di massima sulla spesa per la ristrutturazione. L'arch. Giannicchi inoltre mi ha anche spiegato tutto l'iter da seguire per accedere alla detrazione fiscale. Un ottimo servizio davvero. I made a few visits on my own and when I found something interesting I asked for the presence of a studio technician; during the visit I was already able to receive advice on the works that I could have carried out, ideas on the changes and on elements to be preserved such as a window and a particular floor. I also found a comparison "on my side" on the economic offer to be presented and the possibility of having an idea in principle about the expense for the restructuring very useful. The arch. Giannicchi also also explained to me the whole procedure to follow to access the tax deduction. A really good service.

Le pratiche, seppur per uno scavo per drenaggio, erano complesse perché ricadenti in area vincolata dalla soprintendenza e dall'ente parco. Non c'è mai stato un momento in cui il team di Archenjoy non mi abbia seguito e a volte rassicurato sul da farsi. È stata una lunga lotta ma non abbiamo mollato, grazie ArchEnjoy ! Si è trattato di una ristrutturazione edile importante, con una completa rivoluzione sulla distribuzione degli spazi e il progetto completo dell’arredamento. In sostanza, c’era da fare assolutamente tutto e non avrei mai potuto ottenere un risultato anche solo paragonabile senza la competenza, la professionalità e il gusto degli architetti di Archenjoy. In particolare, Gloria Giannicchi mi ha seguito in tutte le fasi, dalla visita all’immobile prima dell’acquisto fino al trasloco: ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stata la sua capacità di analizzare e comprendere le mie esigenze e i miei gusti, che a me sembravano confusi e incoerenti, interpretandoli in una chiave estetica che invece è risultata del tutto integrata e moderna. In particular, Gloria Giannicchi followed me in all phases, from the visit to the property before the purchase until the move: what I appreciated most was her ability to analyze and understand my needs and tastes, which to they seemed confused and incoherent, interpreting them in an aesthetic key that was instead completely integrated and modern. Thanks to the work of the professionals of Archenjoy now I really feel this place in my home, the style reflects my personality and my tastes and all this was possible while remaining within the budget and in the times I had established at the beginning!
