Peccato che per ritirare la macchina alla quale ho fatto il tagliando ho atteso 15 minuti di telefonata della impiegata allo sportello per poi essere presa in considerazione da un addetto che proveniva dall'officina. Anche l'accoglienza in entrata lascia desiderare. Che delusione per una così ben strutturata concessionaria.
Nothing to say about the competence and kindness of the workshop staff. Too bad that in order to collect the car I had the service on, I waited 15 minutes for a phone call from the employee at the counter before being taken into consideration by an employee who came from the workshop. Even the welcome at the entrance leaves something to be desired. What a disappointment for such a well-structured dealership.
