★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il borgo in piena epoca medioevale , proprio sotto il castello aveva inizialmente tre porte fortificate a guisa di torri . Quella di CARNIA che immetteva sul lato nord . Quella di SINAGOGA , che ho fotografato, l'unica ancora rimasta .Ed infine la terza: quella di RIU, rivolta a levante e all'omonimo abitato...

Very beautiful this medieval door that allows the passage towards the remains of the castle, the medieval context that still exists pushes you with your mind to past eras.

Si possono andare a vedere i resti del Castello e mangiare all'adiacente Ristorante San Michele.

The whole village is very beautiful up to the castle on the green hill overlooking the Friulian plain.
You can go to see the remains of the Castle and eat at the adjacent San Michele Restaurant.
