β β β β β Very small (requires booking in advance) but excellent, contemporary restaurant built into the walls next to the gate of the city. Superb service and menu choice. Very authentic a la carte!

β β β β β Cosy little restaurant with ambitious food. One focus is meat, especially beef tartare in various distinctions. Had a wonderful red wine (Montefalco Capofoco).

β β β β β Food is very good. Ingredients are well combined and dishes are nicely served. Service was polite and kind. Prices are a bit higher that usual, but from our experience, worth it. Only thing I would add is some butter and toast to beef tartare selection. Portion is big, but little something to add up and disperse the flavor was missing to me.
