★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle residue Porte Cittadine. In passato conosciuta anche come Porta San Matteo per una chiesa, ormai quasi completamente distrutta, che si trova nelle vicinanze. Da questa strada verso la direzione di Roma, si accedeva al Tratturo che da Celano menava a Foggia nei secoli della Transumanza delle pecore verso i pascoli invernali pugliesi.
