It can be reached very easily if one comes from outside, eg Faenza or Russi by taking Viale Randi and then Viale Falcone

Bella is without doubt, but it is NOT one of the gates of the walls of Ravenna. It is an arch, designed by Camillo Morigia in the 1700s, to celebrate the entry into the city of a dignitary of the then Papal State. Morigia designed, among other things, the tomb of Dante and the facade of the church of Santa Maria in Porto.

In reality, it is not a real gateway to Ravenna, the door, in fact, is a short distance away and is Porta Sisi. It rises where in time there was a crenellated arch called Portonaccio, from which the name was derived

A városnak több kapuja is van. Többnyire nincsenek olyan jó állapotban, ami miatt megérné megnézni mindet. Ha útba esik egy fotó erejéig belefér. There are several gates in the city, but they are not in a good shape. I not recommend to visit every of them, if it is getting in our way, it worth a photo, but not more.
The city has several gates. For the most part, they are not in such good condition that it is worth it to watch them all. If you get in the way you can fit in a photo.
