Non ci sono problemi mi dicono, a giugno vado in negozio per provare la morbidezza del tessuto, il comfort dei cuscini e come azionare i motori, ovviamente il divano esposto differiva dal quello x cui avevo inviato la foto, nel mentre adocchio anche il letto e decido di acquistare anche il letto. Preventivo firmato, disposto la consegna pagato oltre il 50% e via... non resta che aspettare. Arriva con oltre 10 gg di ritardo il tutto ma pazienza.... Dopo qualche giorno mi accorgo che le misure del divano con quelle della foto differiscono, non ce n'è una uguale....larghezza, altezza e profondità Chiamo e scrivo al venditore (dal quale ho comprato altri 2 divani) e al mio scritto non segue nessuna risposta convincente, alla mia telefonata invece asserisce che "non sa cosa dire" Cosa dovrei fare? Smontare ed inviare a mie spese il divano sbagliato? Nel frattempo dove mi siedo? Aspetto di ricevere le scuse da parte della direzione. Un consiglio x il futuro, controllate tutto al momento e obiettate immediatamente. Niente da dire x il materiale e il lavoro artigianale, ma questa volta HA SBAGLIATO CLAMOROSAMENTE. Mi serviva inoltre una personalizzazione, dovendolo collocare in una zona della camera da letto con angolo leggermente superiore ai 90° per via delle caratteristiche particolari dei muri della casa ristrutturata. Ho trovato il sito di Ponti Divani tramite Google e dopo aver scritto per chiedere un preventivo sono stato immediatamente contattato dal cortesissimo Christian che mi ha seguito nelle numerose interazioni, mi ha chiarito con pazienza i dubbi emersi anche dopo l'ordine e mi ha saputo consigliare verso il risultato finale di cui sono veramente contentissimo. E come ci si dorme bene grazie al materasso in Memory Foam! I colli sono arrivati puntualmente tramite corriere il giorno concordato. L'imballo aveva dell'eccezionale, considerate le forme inusuali di tutte le parti del letto. Veramente complimenti al mobilificio e a tutto il personale, un gran lavoro di squadra per un risultato eccellente! La possibilità di visitare il loro laboratorio, dove vengono fisicamente realizzati i divani, è impagabile. Il motto "really Made in Italy" non potrebbe essere più vero. Assolutamente consigliato!
