Dalla progettazione alla definizione dei dettagli, dalla scelta del rivestimento ai colori. Anche la consegna e il montaggio sono stati puntuali e precisi. La maggior parte di altri fornitori mi offrivano angolo a 90°, scomodo e con maggior ingombro. Ottimi la seduta, l’appoggio schiena e l’ampio materasso. Ordinato in periodo pre covid19, i termini di consegna sono stati riconcordati con reciproca soddisfazione. Per il momento senza esperienza di uso nel tempo, mi reputo ben soddisfatto della fornitura, anche in rapporto qualità prezzo. G	Giancarla Brambilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo messo una recensione positiva prima di utilizzare il divano modello Firenze arrivato come da mia richiesta a agosto perché la casa era in ristrutturazione e cominciato a usarlo il.mese scorso quando o lavori sono terminati...( nel frattempo risedevo in un altra casa ) per farla breve il divano molto bello da vedere ma di scarsa qualità non so cosa abbiano usato come materiale interno basta stare seduti 2 minuti che quando ci si alza il cuscino è pieno di grinze e non torna più liscio ..il divano è costato 5200 euro.prima avevo un poliform durato 28 anni e cambiato solo perché volevo qualcosa di diverso..col senno del poi era meglio se rivestivo il mio divano e avrei avuto ancora un ottima comodità e un divano di qualità migliore ... Ho mandato un email all azienda con relative foto e non mi hanno mai risposto...se dovete comprare divani prendeteli da fornitori come poliform o b e b divani e non ve ne pentirete..io sto valutando di comprarne un altro ma di certo non mi serviro più da loro...ora allego le foto e vi renderete conto di cosa sto parlando.una foto e come il divano prima di utilizzarlo le altre le sedute come rimane dopo 2 minuti di utilizzo ..come sarà tra1 anno o anche meno?. Venditore bravissimo ma assistenza pessima. La signora che risponde al telefono evita sempre di impegnarsi sulla data, rispondendo genericamente che consegneranno appena possibile. Trovato a un prezzo ragionevolissimo, scegliendo dimensioni e rivestimento, la consegna è avvenuta nei tempi concordati ed è stato possibile anche trasportarlo smontato per scale strette. Dopo un anno che lo uso non posso che confermarne, oltre l'estetica e la qualità, anche la praticità e la comodità. Davvero un ottimo prodotto. Pediera che non rimane nella posizione desiderata, imbottitura insufficiente sin dai primi giorni di utilizzo, l'assistenza ha cercato di porre rimedio ma ad oggi la soddisfazione è molto scarsa; così com'è una volta accomodati, se ci si sposta un poco dal centro seduta si sentono i meccanismi del cuscino ripiegabile. L'impressione è che rispetto a prodotto provato nello showroom quello consegnato sia altra cosa, con misure di seduta leggermente diverse e non confortevoli. Ho provato tutti i divani esposti e Capri è stato l'unico con ottime sensazioni di confort, peccato che quello consegnato non sia stato all'altezza. Io e mia moglie siamo stati accolti da un grandissimo villano, un cafone fatto e finito che pretendeva si potesse scegliere il nostro divano in tre minuti come fossimo dal salumiere e dovessimo scegliere tra San Daniele o Parma. Praticamente senza fornire alcuna spiegazione circa le caratteristiche dei divani esposti ci ha letteralmente messi alla porta. Forse investire sulla formazione del personale addetto alla vendita aiuterebbe.
