★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo sia stato il pranzo più buono che abbia mai fatto, davvero divino, tutto perfetto.
Aggiornamento:
Nel giro di due anni ci sono venuto quattro volte (da Milano) e posso confermare che la qualità è sempre al massimo e che tutt'oggi è il posto migliore in assoluto. Non perdo occasione per farlo conoscere alle persone.
Il personale poi simpatico e cordiale, oltre che professionale.
 I think it was the best lunch I've ever had, truly divine, all perfect.
Update:
In the space of two years I have come four times (from Milan) and I can confirm that the quality is always at its best and that it is still the best place ever. I do not miss an opportunity to make it known to people.
The staff are nice and friendly, as well as professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In posizione comoda vicino al casello autostradale di Parma Ovest, molto frequentato anche a pranzo. La sistemazione del tavolo da una persona non é confortevole ed esposta al transito. Il servizio é rapido ma criticabile per qualità. La carta é invece dettagliata, con specialità locali e non. La selezione dei salumi di Parma con la pasta fritta é al top. Prezzi contenuti considerando la zona.
Conveniently located near the Parma Ovest motorway exit, very popular even for lunch. The arrangement of the table by one person is not comfortable and exposed to transit. The service is fast but criticized for quality. The menu is instead detailed, with local and non-local specialties. The selection of Parma cured meats with fried pasta is at the top. Low prices considering the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In viaggio, mi ritrovo in zona e scelgo questo locale. Il parcheggio non è comodissimo essendo a ridosso di una strada.
L'esterno non è molto invitante, ma una volta entrati l'atmosfera cambia. Ordinato, pulito e molto accogliente.
Mi fanno accomodare e mi viene esposto il menù del giorno. Scelgo dei maltagliati fatti in casa al sugo di peperone (€5,00) molto buoni. Per secondo dello spezzatino di manzo brasato €(6,00) tenerissimo ma pensavo una porzione più abbondante soprattutto il contorno. Acqua (€1,50) e caffè (€1,50). Prodotti buoni e ben fatti ma per €14,00 ci vorrebbe qualcosa in più in termini di quantità.
Locale che comunque consiglio di provare.
While traveling, I find myself in the area and choose this place. Parking is not very convenient as it is close to a road.
The outside is not very inviting, but once you enter the atmosphere changes. Neat, clean and very welcoming.
They make me sit down and the menu of the day is presented to me. I choose very good homemade maltagliati with pepper sauce (€ 5.00). For second of the braised beef stew € (6.00) very tender but I thought a more abundant portion especially the side dish. Water (€ 1.50) and coffee (€ 1.50). Good and well made products but for € 14.00 it would take something more in terms of quantity.
Local that however I recommend to try.

Local in the hand, simple. Relatively fast service. Excellent ham. Excellent cappelletti in broth. Correct price. Would I stay there again? Yup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si mangia bene e con prodotti di qualità al giusto prezzo. E questo è l'importante. Pizza buona e digeribile con prodotti buoni, ristorante buono. Io prendo spesso i tortelli o altri primi e sono sempre rimasta molto soddisfatta.
Le porzioni non sono grandi, è vero, ma ti danno la possibilità di gustare al meglio ogni portata senza dover necessariamente scoppiare a fine pasto. E chi soffre di gastrite ringrazia.
Dolce consigliato millefoglie.
Torta fritta e salumi top.
You eat well and with quality products at the right price. And this is the important thing. Good and digestible pizza with good products, good restaurant. I often take tortelli or other first courses and have always been very satisfied.
The portions are not large, it is true, but they give you the possibility to enjoy each course at its best without necessarily having to burst at the end of the meal. And who suffers from gastritis thanks.
Recommended dessert millefeuille.
Fried pie and top salami.
