Molto bello l'ambiente espositivo, personale estremamente gentile e preparato. Elam e Marco mi hanno seguito nella scelta e acquisto in modo molto scrupoloso. Ancora non posso giudicare il prodotto, ma l'esperienza iniziale è stata perfetta. I was for the first time in this shop in recent days to buy the sofa taking advantage of the promotion. The exhibition environment is very nice, extremely kind and trained staff. Elam and Marco followed me in the choice and purchase in a very scrupulous way. I still can't judge the product, but the initial experience was perfect.

Per quanto riguarda i divani posso dire che a prima vista sembrano fatti bene e confortevoli ma per una recensione più approfondita dovrò aspettare di testarlo bene, visto che ne ho acquistato uno e deve ancora arrivare. Really nice shop, clean, tidy and well maintained, the staff are extremely professional and friendly, really hard to find better, congratulations. As for the sofas I can say that at first glance they seem well made and comfortable but for a more in-depth review I will have to wait to test it well, since I bought one and it is yet to arrive.

Peccato che la consegna viene affidata a una azienda che arriva ti butta il divano in mezzo la casa e vanno via. Quando ci hanno consegnato e montato il divano, i due operai stavano andando via lasciandolo a un metro dal muro, quando la mia compagna ha visto che uno era già sul furgone li ha richiamati per sistemare per bene il divano, è tornato solo uno dei due che ha spostato a spingere da solo una struttura a ELLE di 3 metri con il letto. Peccato che solo nel tardo pomeriggio la mia compagna si è accorta che avevano graffiato il parquet restaurato da una settimana. Nel tardo pomeriggio abbiamo contattato il rivenditore che ha scaricato la responsabilità al corriere e naturalmente non si sentono responsabili. Ma come se non bastasse tre settimane fa aprendo il letto mi sono accorto che un piede posteriore è inclinato e tutti gli altri piedi completamente lenti, i bulloni girano con le dita, ho ricontattato il rivenditore che avrebbe aperto un ticket ma a tre settimane ancora non si è visto nessuno. Non penso che comprerò mai più da loro neanche un cuscino per il cane ?. Pleasant presentation shop, friendly and helpful staff. In the late afternoon we contacted the dealer who discharged the responsibility to the courier and of course they don't feel responsible. But as if that weren't enough three weeks ago when I opened the bed I realized that one rear foot is inclined and all the other feet are completely slow, the bolts turn with the fingers, I contacted the dealer who would have opened a ticket but three weeks still not no one has been seen. I don't think I'll ever buy a dog pillow from them again ?.

Aggiorno la recensione iniziale dopo aver ricevuto il divano a casa e confermo le valutazioni ottime, anche per quanto riguarda consegna e montaggio. Tempi di arrivo un po' lunghi ma in linea con quanto era stato previsto e comunicato al momento dell'acquisto. Nice shop and very nice and helpful staff! We thank Beatrice for her assistance in choosing the sofa and armchair. We still can't evaluate delivery and product but as far as the visit to the shop and the purchase is concerned it was a great experience. I update the initial review after receiving the sofa at home and confirm the excellent ratings, also with regard to delivery and assembly. Arrival times a bit long but in line with what was expected and communicated at the time of purchase.
