Siamo entrati per chiedere informazioni su un divano con alcune caratteristiche ; la ragazza che in teoria doveva servirci non si e' nemmeno alzata dalla scrivania salutando a stento e con qualche parola ci ha liquidato dicendoci di andare da Mondo Convenienza ....?? e che non esisteva nessun divano per noi , considerando che era vuoto il negozio ; potevo capire se c erano tante persone. Io non vendo divani ma a 5 minuti di distanza Poltrone e Sofa' ci aveva trovato almeno tre o quattro soluzioni quindi dentro di me ho detto andiamo a sentire anche da altre parti dato che siamo a spendere e non poco perché sono tutti divani di una certa qualità . Non vendete pacchetti di patatine (con tutto il rispetto per chi vende le patatine e le patatine stesse). Ora io dico in un momento come questo per carità non e' che mi devi stendere il tappeto rosso ...ma cercate di fare almeno il vostro lavoro un minimo , non mi era mai successo una cosa del genere . Spero sia un caso isolato . Buona Giornata . Too bad you can't put zero stars ... We entered to ask for information on a sofa with some characteristics; the girl who was supposed to serve us did not even get up from the desk saying goodbye and with a few words she liquidated us telling us to go to Mondo Convenienza .... ?? and that there was no sofa for us, considering that it was empty the shop ; I could understand if there were many people. I do not sell sofas but 5 minutes away Armchairs and Sofa 'had found us at least three or four solutions so inside me I said let's go to hear from other parts as we are to spend and not a little because they are all sofas of a certain quality. Do not sell packets of crisps (with all due respect to those who sell the crisps and the crisps themselves). Now I say at a time like this, for heaven's sake, it's not that you have to roll out the red carpet for me ... but try to do at least your work a minimum, something like this never happened to me. I hope it is an isolated case. Good day .

Dopo un paio di solleciti telefonici non ho mai ricevuto un preventivo, se fosse per loro starei qui ancora ad aspettare. Capisco perché qui ha chiuso.. Before the lockdown I made a request for the purchase of the interior of a wardrobe bought by them in Bologna 4 years ago. After a couple of telephone reminders I never received a quote, if it were up to them I would still be waiting here. I understand why it closed here ..

Avevamo comprato anche l'assicurazione che non però non copre. Mai più da loro, mai più! Poor quality sofas, paid over 2,000 euros in eco-leather, after a few years already to be thrown away because it all falls apart in a thousand pieces. We had also bought insurance which, however, does not cover. Never again from them, never again!

Chiedevamo varie indicazioni e scocciati rispondevano giusto per sbolognarci.Alla fine nemmeno ad indicare la tipologia di pelle adottata o la densità delle sedute. Per me è totalmente assurdo. Abbiamo preso infatti il divano altrove " made in Italy" e da subito serviti e accolti. Che differenza. The staff didn't even greet us ?. We asked for various indications and, annoyed, they answered just to sbolognarci.At the end not even to indicate the type of skin adopted or the density of the sessions. For me it is totally absurd. In fact, we took the sofa "made in Italy" elsewhere and were immediately served and welcomed. What difference.

Ho aspettato 25minuti ma nessuno mi ha ancora degnato di attenzione anche solo per dirmi di attendere. Prezzi mi sembrano alti anche se scontati. Vado via deluso Convenient location coming from outside Florence, parking available. Service to be reviewed. I waited 25 minutes but no one has paid me any attention yet just to tell me to wait. Prices seem high to me even if discounted. I leave disappointed
