Il commesso, Danny, mi si avvicina con un sorriso e dopo qualche domanda iniziale mi propone 3 divani. Anche senza le specifiche di prodotto che mi ha spiegato subito dopo avevo capito qual'era il divano fatto a posta per me. Lui probabilmente se ne accorge e me lo fa provare, mi mostra le tantissime varietà tra cui avrei potuto scegliere per il rivestimento e mi spiega che il divano è completamente sfoderabile! Non male per me che ho tre bimbi! Niente, mi è piaciuto così tanto che l'ho acquistato così com'era con un finanziamento in 48 rate che mi permetterà di godermelo con una minima spesa mensile! Appena Danny finisce di inserire gli ultimi dati mi guarda e dice: "Anche se adesso non ve ne rendete conto, avete appena comprato il vostro divano nuovo!" Sono davvero felicissima del mio acquisto e non vedo l'ora di potermi godere finalmente il mio divano nuovo!! Grazie Danny! I was not completely convinced to buy a new sofa. I actually came in to take a look and get an idea of what I really needed. The salesman, Danny, approaches me with a smile and after a few initial questions proposes 3 sofas. Even without the product specifications that he explained to me immediately afterwards, I understood which sofa was made for me. He probably notices and lets me try it, shows me the many varieties that I could have chosen for the upholstery and explains to me that the sofa is completely removable! Not bad for me as I have three children! Nothing, I liked it so much that I bought it as it was with a loan in 48 installments that will allow me to enjoy it with a minimum monthly expense! As soon as Danny finishes entering the latest data he looks at me and says: "Even if you don't realize it now, you just bought your new sofa!" I'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait to finally enjoy my new sofa !! Thanks Danny!

Pertanto non andate se non volete essere discriminati. IO DEVO CAMBIARE DIVERSI DIVANI DEGLI APPARTAMENTI CHE HO MA PENSO CHE COMPRERÒ I INTERNET E NON CERTO A MARCHIO POLTRONE SOFÀ. Delusa dal negozio di Perignano che si è rifiutato di venirci incontro. Nonostante le numerose telefonate ,mail di reclamo e pec, nessuno ha risposto. Customer service inesistente. Non comprerò mai più da Poltrone e sofa' Good only at selling, but not at managing their errors of unagreed deliveries and with relative deposit charge with the courier !! Disappointed by the Perignano shop that refused to come and meet us. Despite the numerous phone calls, complaint e-mails and certified e-mails, no one replied. Non-existent customer service. I will never buy from Armchairs and sofas' again

Ci siamo recati per la seconda volta e abbiamo avuto modo di parlare sempre con Laura che si è dimostrata professionale, gentile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo visitato tanti show-room e vi assicuro che non è scontato trovare del personale così qualificato e che metta a proprio agio la clientela. Well-kept, warm, fragrant and welcoming showroom. We went for the second time and we always had the opportunity to speak with Laura who proved to be professional, kind and attentive to our needs. We have visited many showrooms and I assure you that it is not obvious to find such qualified personnel who put customers at ease.

After 5 months the session collapsed. We hope it's covered by the warranty. For now I'll put a star. I'll add more if the problem can be solved.
