Cordiali saluti. more availability from the reception / secretary would not hurt! there are other dermatology clinics in the area and so I think that in the future they will no longer see me here in these times, certain things like courtesy and availability that are now disappearing, if you don't know they still count a lot (at least for me). Galvan e la mia recensione riguarderebbe più che altro i collaboratori/segreteria : avevo chiesto più di una volta, via fono e via mail, se cortesemente potevo ricevere doc.ti/fattura con una piccola nota aggiuntiva per motivi personali; quindi una piccola modifica/variazione che in qualche altra occasione in altri studi o centri ho ricevuto senza particolare difficoltà! ovviamente non ho ricevuto nulla e ne terrò presente ....sarà che anch'io, lavorando a contatto con molte persone ogni giorno e cercando di dare la mia disponibilità, magari sarò esigente, ma quando avverto quella brutta sensazione di essere solo un numerino dei tanti che paga (e va benissimo per la visita/prestazione che non ho messo assolutamente in discussione) e che se chiede qualcosa, come una piccola modifica che comporta una "perdita di tempo di un paio di minuti" ,non viene proprio considerato mi da abbastanza fastidio. cordialmente Filippo B. I was visited not by Dr., but by Dr. Galvan and my review would relate more than anything to the collaborators / secretariat: I had asked more than once, via phone and email, if I could politely receive docs / bill with a small additional note for personal reasons; so a small change / variation that on some other occasion in other studios or centers I received without particular difficulty! obviously I have not received anything and I will keep this in mind .... it will be that I too, working in contact with many people every day and trying to give my availability, maybe I will be demanding, but when I feel that bad feeling of being just a numerino of the many who pay (and it is fine for the visit / performance that I have not absolutely questioned) and that if it asks for something, as a small change that involves a "waste of time of a couple of minutes", it is not really considered me quite annoying. cordially Filippo B.

La professionalità e la gentilezza della Dott.ssa Trento (e del suo staff) fanno dello studio un punto di eccellenza rispetto ad altre strutture dello stesso campo... Trovo che , dal punto di vista curativo che estetico, le sue cure siano efficientissime. Apprezzo molto la cortesia e la disponibilità della dottoressa. I've been studying for a long time, I've always found myself very well. The professionalism and kindness of Dott.ssa Trento (and her staff) make the studio a point of excellence compared to other structures of the same field ... I find that, from a curative and aesthetic point of view, her care is very efficient. I really appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of the doctor.
e	elena bau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata almeno 3-4 vv da lei per visite ai nevi e se non fosse che sembra sia costantemente in ansia per il tempo che passa direi che è molto gentile e a modo, nonché professionale. Il punteggio basso è dovuto a 2 motivi: 1) ogni volta ho aspettato almeno un'ora 2) l'ultima volta nonostante il prezzo salato della visita mi ha fatto visitare da un giovane dottore a me sconosciuto (senza preavviso) I went at least 3-4 vv to her for visits to the snows and if it were not that she seems to be constantly anxious about the time that would pass I would say that she is very kind and mannered, as well as professional. The low score is due to 2 reasons: 1) every time I waited at least an hour 2) the last time despite the high price of the visit made me visit by a young doctor unknown to me (without notice)

Persona squisita, premurosa e soprattutto competente!! Voto 5 stelle! I was amazed by the preparation, the kindness and the sweetness of the girl at the reception and, having met Dr. Trento, I understood why it takes a long time to have an appointment. Ho portato mia figlia per quasi due anni regolarmente per un acne leggera e il risultato zero solo inganno per guadagnare aggiungendo anche il fatto che a dato de le terapie che non sono riconosciute .Un consiglio cercate qualcun'altro. Dopo di lei quando mi sono resa conto che non li interessa per niente il problema di mia figlia anche perché era diventata un problema psicologico per mia figlia sono andata da un altro medico e a risolto il problema con una visita Mi sono fidata perché la gente è male informata Not one ? and I didn't just pay a visit.
