Siamo stati gentilmente chiamati 45min prima dell'inizio e siamo così riusciti a vedere museo e miniera con bimba di 4 anni;e a fare anche un laboratorio con merenda finale. Bella esperienza Informed about the mine thanks to the internet and a treasure hunt I called to book but they were already full. We were kindly called 45min before the start and so we were able to see the museum and mine with a 4-year-old girl; and also to do a workshop with a final snack. Good experience

Consiglio la visita del loro sito web per scoprire le attività complementari come l'aperitivo, le osservazioni della volta stellata e gli eventi in miniera in occasione della ricorrenze. La visita è adatta anche alle famiglie con bambini. Carino il borgo, piccolo ma ben curato e con un sagrato panoramico. Un peccato l'assenza di un ristorante, anche se in zona ne esistono non ci sarebbe stato male. G	Giuosuè Zeneize on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Museo archeominerario di Castiglione Chiavarese (MuCast) si trova in località Masso, frazione del Comune di Castiglione Chiavarese, a circa 20 minuti di auto da Sestri Levante....Con la guida sarà possibile scoprire la storia della produzione mineraria, calandosi fino a oltre 5000 anni fa, toccando l’epoca tardoantica/bizantina e arrivando fino all’età moderna.....percorso suggestivo affaccia sulle numerose gallerie che si diramano da quella principale, percorse dai binari dei carrelli per il trasporto del materiale....Usciti dalla galleria, tramite un sentiero che discende la collina, si raggiunge l'area dove gli archeologi hanno individuato trincee e cunicoli generati dallo sfruttamento minerario preistorico, databili tra 2900 e 2500 anni a.C..... A Masso gli scavi archeologici hanno infatti dimostrato che si tratta della più antica miniera di rame dell’Europa occidentale....??
