L'ufficio verbali specializzato in norme al codice della strada risponde a qualsiasi domanda in modo semplice ed esauriente. L'ufficio infortunistica gestisce i sinistri rilevati dalle pattuglie in modo preciso e puntuale. Le pattuglie assolvono al meglio ai loro compiti sempre a disposizione del cittadino ed operano utili servizi di prevenzione, scorte ecc. ed intervengono con eccellente professionalità nei casi di incidenti stradali. La polizia stradale di Firenze è al servizio del cittadino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno volevo complimentarmi e ringraziare di nuovo i due poliziotti che il 29 maggio 2021, verso le ore 10:00, hanno aiutato me e mio marito che viaggiavamo in moto, a risolvere un problema meccanico ed eravamo bloccati sull'autostrada per Firenze.
Grazie alla loro prontezza, disponibilità e professionalità siamo riusciti a proseguire nel nostro viaggio. La pattuglia viaggiava con auto di servizio targata M2979.
Grazie ancora...non vi dimenticheremo.

Hello I wanted to congratulate and thank again the two policemen who on May 29, 2021, around 10:00, helped my husband and I who were traveling by motorbike, to solve a mechanical problem and we were stuck on the highway to Florence.
Thanks to their promptness, availability and professionalism we were able to continue our journey. The patrol was traveling in an M2979 service car.
Thanks again ... we will not forget you.
