★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una denuncia perché sono stato truffato con un acquisto online (sito fasullo) ...e mi hanno risposto ...fai una denuncia alla polizia locale... grazie al cacchio... allora chiudete...a cosa serve Polizia postale????
I filed a complaint because I was scammed with an online purchase (fake site) ... and they replied ... make a report to the local police ... thanks the hell ... then shut down ... what is it for Police postal ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza telefonica deludente...telefono per denunciare una truffa informatica (finto supporto tecnico computer) e mi dicono che solo chi ha subito una truffa e perso dei soldi può fare denuncia, rispondo che sono un tecnico informatico e che per test ho provato a farmi truffare ed ho dettagli tecnici che possono aiutare l'indagine e se posso mandare queste informazioni, rispondono che però loro hanno la PEC (!!)....rispondo che "anche io ho la PEC!!". Ecco, con questo atteggiamento di non collaborazione, le truffe online aumenteranno all'infinito.
Disappointing telephone reception ... telephone to report a computer scam (fake computer technical support) and tell me that only those who have been scammed and lost money can file a complaint, I reply that I am a computer technician and that I tried to test myself by testing I cheat and I have technical details that can help the investigation and if I can send this information, they answer that they have the PEC (!!) .... I answer that "I also have the PEC !!". Here, with this attitude of non-cooperation, online scams will increase indefinitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 17:35 del 30 novembre, suono al citofono per avere informazioni (rendendomi conto nel frattempo che è chiuso al pubblico) mi scuso per l orario ma una signora si offre gentilmente di aiutarmi dicendo che scende.
Mentre lo dice, arriva una maleducata che maleducata è dire poco e mi risponde al citofono “ma lei si rende conto che siamo chiusi al pubblico!? Non esiste proprio che lei suoni a quest ora!!!” e mi riattacca il citofono sul viso.
Questa signoria che moderi i comportamenti perchè si può essere poliziotti ma non poliziotti arroganti.
Una stella meritata!

5:35 pm on November 30th, I ring the intercom for information (realizing in the meantime that it is closed to the public) I apologize for the time but a lady kindly offers to help me by saying that she goes down.
As he says it, a rude person arrives, which is an understatement and answers me on the intercom “but you realize that we are closed to the public !? There is really no way that you play at this time !!! " and hangs up the intercom on my face.
This lordship that moderates behavior because one can be a policeman but not an arrogant policeman.
A deserved star!
