★ ★ ★ ★ ★ presentato il giorno 19 ottobre del 2021 ore 10 e 45 ,davanti a me ,soltanto un signore che sta aspettando ad un citofono il suo turno, scende una persona verso le 11 e 05 e lui sale agli uffici superiori ,attendo fino le 11,45 chiamo al citofono, perchè un cartello dice che gli uffici chiudono alle 12, (ma dentro di me spero che chi è in coda, come funzionerebbe in una qualsiasi ditta privata,venga fatto)mi risponde un signore il quale mi dice che c'è un cliente che sta facendo una denuncia, ma adesso si informa e mi fa sapere perche' le 12 incombono..... passano 6 minuti di orologio suono e chiedo se per lo meno si e' informato.....ma risponde un altro collega il quale mi dice che lui non puo' sapere cosa a detto il collega di prima ,molto gentilmente dopo un ora e 20 minuti di attesa mi dice che lo posso fare la denuncia anche da un altra parte ,ma non si sa perchè'....avverto il signore che forse stare li ad aspettare per piu' di un ora e poi sentirsi dire cosi ,non è certo un servizio che viene dato hai clienti. Dopo un ora di attesa dopo essere stato truffato mi sento anche preso in giro da chi dovrebbe tutelare i miei interessi e per di piu' pagato dai cittadini ,e da me... ho messo una stella ma zero sarebbe il punteggio più adeguato ...Forza Italia continua cosi e poi lamentatevi se le persone non sono soddisfatte
 presented on 19 October 2021 at 10.45 am, in front of me, only a gentleman who is waiting for his turn at an intercom, a person goes down at 11.05 am and he goes up to the upper offices, I wait until 11.45 I call on the intercom, because a sign says that the offices close at 12, (but inside me I hope that whoever is in the queue, as it would work in any private company, will be done) a gentleman answers me who tells me that there is a customer who is making a complaint, but now he inquires and lets me know why 12 is looming ..... 6 minutes of the clock sound and I ask if at least he is informed ..... but he answers a another colleague who tells me that he cannot know what the previous colleague said, very kindly after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting he tells me that I can also report it elsewhere, but we don't know why ' .... I warn the gentleman that perhaps staying there waiting for more than an hour and then being told like this, it is certainly not a ser vice that is given to you by customers. After an hour of waiting after being scammed I also feel made fun of by those who should protect my interests and moreover paid by citizens, and from me ... I put a star but zero would be the most appropriate score .. Forza Italia continues like this and then complain if people are not satisfied
