★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 26 Maggio in Viale Fassini segnalo ad una vigilessa, alle 08:15 circa, che la postazione per auto elettriche è occupata abusivamente ... Mi risponde "saranno andati a prendere un caffè".. Dopo un'ora nulla di nuovo.. Caffè.... lungo... Forse, e niente multa... Complimenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo da pagare un verbale ma la mia banca non riconosceva i dati forniti da questa istituzione. Pertanto ho provato a chiamare per cercare una soluzione che mi permettesse di pagare la multa evitando l'ufficio postale.
Questo personale - che si suppone dovrebbe fornire informazioni alla cittadinanza senza perdere la calma - si è rivelato di una scortesia più unica che rara, così non va bene.
I had to pay a report but my bank did not recognize the data provided by this institution. Therefore I tried to call to find a solution that would allow me to pay the fine by avoiding the post office.
This staff - who are supposed to provide information to the citizenry without losing their temper - has turned out to be a more unique than rare rudeness, so that's no good.
