They refused to collect a fraud report unless accompanied by a technical report from a computer expert. I do not add anything else.

After dozens of calls they respond I send the documents by email to make a complaint because they work only by appointment I have been waiting for 2 months to be contacted, in the meantime made several calls but they refuse to answer

Really unpleasant and rude people. I had to make a complaint and they gave me an appointment after a week, marking the appointment on a piece of paper and answering me arrogantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left stranded in Modena. I left my passeport in the hotel and because of that, the policeman didn’t want to let me go in the train. He was mean and not helpful at all. He didn’t bring any solutions and was very annoying. I thought police officers were to serve the public.
