Ho chiamato per informazioni il comando della Polizia Municipale di Parma e venivo rimbalzato dal centralino automatico del comune a quello dei vigili senza poter parlare con nessuno. Penso sia un problema molto grave; aver bisogno e non poter parlare con nessuno non è una situazione accettabile. Il sindaco dovrebbe chiedere conto di questo disservizio. Complimenti all'agente con cui ho interloquito, merita di essere decorato. Chiamo per urgenza e rimbalzano la chiamata da un centralino all'altro, se si ha fortuna dopo 15/20 minuti di snervante attesa risponde qualcuno di non qualificato che devia la telefonata all'ufficio competente (sic.) che casualmente è sempre occupato o non risponde. Il dramma è che siamo noi utenti a pagare il loro stipendio e per ringraziarci, ci ignorano. Who to contact to speak to an operator? A	Antonio D'Agresti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. .ieri sera ..mentre guidavo. .sono uscito di strada. .e sono finito con ruota anteriore in un canale ...stavo per precipitare giu ..ero in bilico ....quasi per andare del tutto in giù. .quando poi è passato un auto ..con a bordo una intera famiglia. ..il Signore. .che era alla guida ..si è fermato. ..e lui avend omi visto in difficoltà. .ha chiamato una pattuglia di polizia locale ...essendo anche Lui facendo parte della Polizia locale la Pattuglia è arrivata prestissimo ..a bordo c'erano 3 persone tra cui 2 uomini ed una donna e quindi ...con l aiuto dei 4 poliziotti e di un passante ..siamo riusciti. ..a mano ...a mettere l auto in strada...ripeto ..a mano ....Ringrazio tantissimo i 4 poliziotti della Polizia locale di Parma ...ed anche il passante ....e tutta la Polizia locale di Parma ...Grazie. ... P	Paolo Rigamonti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da turista ho passato una notte a Parma, ma ho erroneamente lasciato l'auto in piazzale Matteotti il Sabato sera, con divieto più rimozione per mercato, la Domenica mattina successiva. Quindi certamente un mio errore, lo premetto. Però questo errore è costato quasi 170€ per la sola rimozione del mezzo da parte dell'azienda mandata dal comune, che è stato spostato di soli 5 Km dal piazzale ad un loro deposito, oltre ad altri 30€ di multa. In aggiunta poi, ZTL piazzati ovunque, con la speranza che non me ne sia sfuggito qualcuno e non arrivino altre multe. Mai più a Parma.
